We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.

I ordered 2 pizza burgers. Didn't know they both came with no sauce now. I won't buy these in the future.

The last 3 times we tried to eat at Sheboygan location we walked in amd it smelled like sewer. Needless to say, we turned around and walked right back out. Really a shame because the food is delicious.

I placed a mobile order and my Dan which was completed inaccurately, despite the receipt being correct. The wrap came with hot chicken, on lettuce that had been sweated to nothing by the heat. It was awful, I couldn’t muster past the second bite. The pickup locker idea is so cool and I had high hopes but these were not met. The fries were ok, I should’ve added salt they had no flavor without and the chicken nuggets were McDonald versions with no real meat. I would’ve saved my $30 and took a chance elsewhere had I known this would be the outcome. Very disappointed.I did reach out to the customer service through the website and they were very quick to respond and apologize about the experience and offer us coupons to return. We will try something else and see if it can be a better experience.

I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!

Always had good food and the prices are fairly reasonable. A good variety for everyone for fast food. Everyone’s always super friendly and helpful.

Always delicious. As good as Culver's, but flame broiled or something rather than just seared on a flat top.

Tom’s food is generally good, especially their cheese-curds, burgers, ice-cream and chicken tenders are all staples when frequenting here. However, regarding my ‘3-star’ review, there is zero reason the employees preparing customers orders, shouldn’t be wearing gloves when handling food. I have been here many times and can see direct behind their kitchen, and I’ve witnessed them touching food items (Buns for example) without wearing gloves. That is a health code violation and isn’t acceptable. And I suspect this is how other locations are as well, because I’ve witnessed other locations where the employees are not wearing gloves when preparing customers orders. And as much as I like Toms, they need to learn from their competition with Culver’s that’s directly next door, where they’re consistently using gloves when handling orders, and placing fries with tongs in bags, versus touching them with their hands, ect. This is the type of details that customers pay attention to, and this is an easy adjustment for Tom’s to make to do better.(Also, one last minor nitpick, is, Tom’s probably could work on the presentation a bit when assembling the burgers. It’s really sloppily put together. There are other ‘burger places’ that are just as busy, that still manage to put a bit more pride when assembling sandwich items.)

I wasn't happy with this particular Tom's Drive In. The young girls taking my order seemed easily distracted. They handed me my order and caught me out at my car to tell me that they gave me the wrong bag. So I waited at my car for them to return with my order, after a few minutes decided to see where my order was, and one of the girls says," I think your orders on the counter.".Don't you think they should have returned to my car with my order?
