I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 double deluxe burger. They only gave me 1 chicken sandwich! How come they never give more food?!!! They always give less ? they don’t even give fricking napkins like how am I going to clean my hands?

Had a very nice lunch here with my wife. The cashiers were friendly and patient when we tried to redeem some old coupons for free custard. Very excellent managers and employees here, especially Margaret!

Who are we getting? Ourselves? We're really going to give Culver's less than five stars? Because every other fast food place does it better? Why are you even reading this review? Why haven't you left for Culver's?Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Culver's are always flat.
The crew lead named Carmen was so disrespectful to us. We came in because there was no mayonnaise on my burger that I had gotten deluxe. We brought almost the ENTIRE burger back. It wasn’t like I had eaten half of it or anything like that. I took two bites out of it and was disappointed that it was cold and there was no mayonnaise in it. We also gave her the burger to throw away because we didn’t want it. Again, we’re not trying to get free food. She treated us like dirt. She picked apart the burger with her bare hands, and then tried to give it back to me… like? At that point even if my burger was perfect, I don’t appreciate your bare hands on it and I don’t want it anymore. Again, she tried to argue with me, asking so many times what was wrong with the burger. She kept inspecting my receipt like it was going to somehow change. We didn’t argue with her and all we asked was “Can you please remake the burger with mayonnaise on it?” And that was all we kept asking. When she asked questions we answered politely. But she made it very difficult for us. At this point the store was busy, and we told her “hey if it’s inconvenient for you we can always come back to get it remade. We have the receipt and the burger. And she told us “no you have to do it now or you can’t get your burger at all”. So she was making us stay but being upset that we were there. It was a distressing experience for sure, and the first time I’ve been disappointed at a Culver’s. Definitely will NOT come into to this restaurant when she is working. And I recommend anyone who sees her, to avoid her.

One of our favorite family restaurants.Clean and neat restaurant, especially the beautiful little flowers and green during summer. During winter is the lighting on trees.Parking lot is clean, neat and spacious.Kid-friendliness: They used to provide one-time-use bibs.Still have high-chairs, and booster seats
They accurately got our order right! But they did give us 1 ketchup to share among three meals and no napkins.Besides that it is everything you’d expect from a Culver’s!
