Totally positive experience. I placed a food order through Mr. Delivery’s website and received exactly what I ordered about an hour or so later. I read the other reviews on here (they are really awful), but since I can’t drive this week and I really wanted some barbecue, I decided to give Mr. Delivery a chance. I have no regrets. Amazing delivery servce. I needed something delivered and they did it not only on time but also their customer service was cordial and explained how the same day delivery process worked.

I received a gift card for Mr. Delivery, and have had 2 experiences so far. Overall, the website is decent and easy to order. They do mark up the prices if you compare to the restaurant's website, but I get it. My first delivery came in about 20 minutes which was faster than I expected, so that was a 5 star experience. No hassle at all. My second order was cancelled after I placed it. I'm guessing they didn't have a driver to fulfill it. That was kind of lame, but didn't bother...read full review
