Food is always delicious, but I have one specific complaint. The last four times I've ordered at the drive thru, the person taking my order has mixed up mushroom and swiss burger with Wisconsin swiss melt. Three times ordering a swiss melt, I've gotten a mushroom swiss burger, and once it was the other way around. I've had other occasional issues but this is the one thing that absolutely grinds my gears.
Stopped by for lunch on Friday 8 March 2024. When I saw a nearly full parking lot and long line for the drive-in I wondered if I had made a mistake. The answer was no. I was at the end of the lunch rush. Despite being near the end of the lunch rush, the employees were all smiles, polite and in good moods. The food was great. I just had the walleye sandwich, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had anywhere! The fries (ordered extra crispy) were outstanding. Grace took the order efficiently, and the entire team was terrific, as always. This location is always A+++!
