Curd Girl rocks the Capitol Square on Saturdays. These fried nuggets of golden goodness are such a treat and a respite from the crowds at the Farmers Market. This was my first time and I'm hooked!

I’m shocked this business only has fifteen reviews… we tried four variations of cheese curds during our weekend visit to Madison - these were the best! We saw them at the Dane County farmer’s market around capitol square on a Saturday morning. The location market on the map is not accurate as this is a food truck. They have an Instagram. If I am ever in the area or at event with this truck again, we will be enjoying more curds!! Thanks!

I don’t know what they do to their breading, but it’s magical. Best cheese curds in the area by far.

This is not the location of the cart! This location takes you to where it the cart is stored, but not where it operates from. Took quite a big detour to get here, all for nothing

A classic food truck/stand in Madison! Some of the best curds you can find around town. They're pretty popular so be prepared to find a line in front of their truck, but have no fear the line moves speedy fast! Tip 1: They have two windows. One window to order and one order to pick up (don't get confused)! A lot of people will be waiting on the pickup line thinking it's where they order. Once you order they'll give you a ticket that you'll trade in for an order of curds. Tip 2: You can ask for condiment cups. Ranch and Siraccha aioli sauces are both free. There will be minimal space for the sauce in the curd basket they give you (especially if you're a dipper) or you can pile your curds like me, but they do offer free condiment cups. You just have to ask :)

Visiting Madison so of course had to sample all the cheese curds we could. These were the best by far.

Me and wife review cheese curds around Wisconsin and this one is one of (if not THE) best cheese curds I have ever had. I really wish they would open a permanent location in downtown Madison!

We tried many different versions of fried cheese curds when we were in Madison and these were by far the best. Just wished we'd gotten a second order!

Obsessed with Curd Girl!!! Honestly, I understand why they are always one of the top cheese curds in the state. The curds are delicious, fried to perfection, so soft and gooey and the dipping sauces do not disappoint! We tried the siracha aioli and ranch. Loved them!!

Curd Girls helped us provide a great and unique late night snack to our wedding guests. Portions were a great size, three dipping homemade sauces were available, and the curds were so delicious. Bella was a pleasure to work with and this was so easy to set up. Would for sure recommend to anyone hosting an event looking for something fun to add!

I had the privilege of enjoying some Curd Girl curds at the ETC summer picnic a few weeks ago, and man were they a hit with my family! We always go to Cheese Days in Monroe in the fall, and then struggle to find good curds for the next new years until Cheese Days returns. The Curd Girl Curds were the perfect size, and very tasty. As far as Madison, WI curds go I would put them right up there with The Old Fashioned.

Best cheese curds I've had in all of Madison

Best cheese curds in Madison by far! Crunchy, gooey, salty, and with two divine dipping sauces. I just wish they had a more permanent location so I could have them more often. This is the perfect place for a classic Wisconsin treat!
