wow. this stuff is worse than microwaved frozen food. 100%. I tried to surprise my dad with a solid order of wings, but these were seriously gross. Beyond disappointed. The fries were actually Not Edible even. What the actual ehf>. microwaved old fatty gross nasty soggy rotten PHEWWW
Honestly the worst wings and flavors I’ve had, my wings came doused in sauce to the point where they were soggy,, the curly fries were soggy and tasted like they were in a microwave. I’m glad that they’re sending the food hot but when I get drenched from the condensation in the box it’s a bit frustrating. Also ordered the “11 piece” wings to receive 10 that weren’t even the size or maybe 6 actual wings. Weak service, lazier prep

Basically it is Chili's...The app needs fixing. I need to be able to have the wings plain, but have flavors as a side for each 11 wings....Also the auto voice when you call says you can head in and place an order. Apparently, you cannot do that. You HAVE to use the app. That's what a worker at Chili's told me.
