Totally positive experience. I placed a food order through Mr. Delivery’s website and received exactly what I ordered about an hour or so later. I read the other reviews on here (they are really awful), but since I can’t drive this week and I really wanted some barbecue, I decided to give Mr. Delivery a chance. I have no regrets. Everything went perfectly. The order was correct and on-time. I was even able to monitor the progress of my order online, which was reassuring. There does appear to be a markup for each food item in addition to the delivery and processing fees. Figuring in the markup, the fees, and a 20% tip, I ended up paying about $15-$20 above what I would have paid if I’d driven across town and walked into the store myself, but considering the logistics of the service Mr. Delivery provides, I think the price was fair.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The delivery took an hour and a half, and when it arrived, it was from the wrong restaurant. When I questioned the driver about this, they lied to my face about, trying to make it look like the restaurants fault. Called customer service, who refused to do anything to make it right, so I cancelled the order. They still charged my card, and gave me the runaround about refunding me the money for the order I never got. This was the last, and worst, experience I've had with them, but not the first bad experience. DO NOT ORDER THOROUGH THIS COMPANY.

There are several delivery options for food in madison, GrubHub, EatStreet, and MrDelivery. Mr Delivery is the worst. I have on 3 separate occasions ordered food and had it not show up an hour later. You then contact the service and get the run around and they tell you your food is on the way. It then shows up cold, missing items you ordered, and usually around an hour or more late. Plenty of better competition in the madison area, stopped ordering from them.

The delivery woman was extremely rude and did not deserve a tip. Our entire order was wrong but the woman who I spoke to on the phone was very polite and refunded our entire order.

I received a gift card for Mr. Delivery, and have had 2 experiences so far. Overall, the website is decent and easy to order. They do mark up the prices if you compare to the restaurant's website, but I get it. My first delivery came in about 20 minutes which was faster than I expected, so that was a 5 star experience. No hassle at all. My second order was cancelled after I placed it. I'm guessing they didn't have a driver to fulfill it. That was kind of lame, but didn't bother me too much.Edit: Third order went just as smoothly as the first. It's a good service if you're willing to pay the premium for delivery.

Ordered at 7:24 PM on a Friday, ETA was 8:38 PM to 9:08PM thought that was a long wait time, but I thought maybe their really busy. Waited till 9:38PM and called in. Order was cancelled due to Mr delivery not having drivers, and I was never notified via email, or phone. Hopefully my next order will go better.Second order the next day - Delivery arrived later than ETA, and they missed one item, but it was better then being cancelled.

I rate Mr Delivery "0" Stars. They took 1hr and 25 minutes to deliver subs from Firehouse(2 miles down the road). I was promised a 45 minute delivery time and just before that I got a text that it would be another 10-20minutes. It was another 40minutes! WOW! They also forgot one of my orders. It took me another 2 phone calls and 15 minutes of time to get the correct credits. For all of that they only took off a $5 process fee. I'm so disappointed in Mr. Delivery as this is what they do and they couldn't get it right.

Paid $30 for an order. Waited 2 hours and didn’t hear from the driver. I called Mr delivery and they said it was delivered to the wrong address. They told me they would start the refund process and it would take up to 48 hours and then hung up on me. I’m calling a week later because I haven’t gotten the refund yet and the person I’m speaking to can’t seem to find my information or order number at all so I don’t think I’ll be able to get that $30 back.

Watched a delivery driver park in a handicap stall to wait for food at TGI Fridays. This old lady who could hardly walk had to pull in and walk past this idiots car. You should teach these drivers not to park in handicap stalls because they're too f'ing lazy to walk an extra few feet. I wish I could post pictures to show how much of a dick this person is.
