This place has a different vibe. They have a small lunch buffet, which is very good. It looks like the venue is a nightclub on the weekends, and they roll out tables and chairs for lunch. The barbacoa, carnitas, and chucken tinga for tacos are great. Their chorizo us awesome, though I regretted it later. I will go back, for sure.

Small taco buffet. Pork carnitas and beans are my favorites. Veggies are fresh. It's the only place I know where I can get diet RC cola.

I really liked the concept. You can order an entre cooked or for about $15 you can get a drink and all you can eat taco buffet. The cook was very friendly and explained it very well. You can ask at the window for corn or flower tortillas if hard shell are not your thing. I really liked they had edible salad bowls and the green save was very good. I will be back!

Went for lunch. $15 taco bar. Asked for soft Shell tacos and got 2 the size of my palm. Asked for 2 more and got told when I'm done I can have 2 more. Hard to ask for more tacos at a taco buffet when there's barely enough to fill 1. Will not come

I am from Arizona, so finding the kind of Street tacos I'm used to has been difficult.

I love the food but prices on the wall menu would be nice. Not very friendly either.

First the restaurant was spotless, kitchen spotless and the food was delicious
IF YOU GO, GO ONLY FOR THE BUFFET!Otherwise a 3 taco meal with chips and salsa is $20+ !!!Stopped in at 2 pm because we were down the street. Thinking about renting in the area. Asked about buffet and the person at the counter was very short and quite rude. We were the only people in there and I can not say it was worth 20 plus bucks .

Food is SUPER FAST, consistent and good but don't expect a booty kissing customer service attitude. The guy who does it all is anti-social, but who cares? He gets you great food, fast. He's focused. Roll with it and don't take it personally.

Just my own personal thought, so to each their own. I wanted to try a new taco place here in Madison and I have to say, I will easily pass on returning to this restaurant next time I'm in the mood for tacos. The meat in the tacos lacked flavor and the meat didn't taste like it was cooked hot or fresh, considering how slow the business appeared to be. I also didn't like the salsa sauce that was included with the tacos. It was bland. In conclusion, I've had better tacos elsewhere and won't see myself returning unfortunately.

I’ve been to Paco’s Tacos a couple of times now. I wanted to like the place because I live a few minutes away and love tacos. The first time I visited, the man behind the counter seemed very impatient, almost angry when I asked a few questions about the menu. I thought that perhaps it was just a bad day, so I came back a few weeks later to give it another try. Same experience with the guy - hostile demeanor. The food is decent but not memorable- and certainly not worth making me feel like I did something wrong the minute I stepped into the restaurant.
