I received my order very quickly! And the woman who prepared my order asked me for what I needed in my back and was so sweet! Definitely will plan on visiting this location again whenever I'm in town.
Literally the best Panera in the world! Incredible service, day and night (shoutout Terry!) Bathrooms and dining room are always spotless, food is always consistent and you always always get your money worth. I would be here everyday if I could! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, truly an incredible atmosphere I always have to dine in. Not only the best Panera but the best restaurant in Madison, thank you Panera West Wash, you always make my day :) !!!

We had a great experience at this location in particular! Their computer system was down, which made using a gift card we had difficult, but a very kind manager took our word for it and gave us the food without charge! The food was great and the service was even better!
