I called the day before to place a large order for my daughter and her friends. The lady that took our order was so incredibly rude, every time I said what I wanted, she had a negative remark about each and everything. Then when I called back to add a 2 L of soda, she then charged me another delivery fee. When our food was delivered, the breadsticks were burnt the pizza was okay and the wings barely had any sauce. Did not send plates, napkins or cups as we asked.

I ordered online at 7:32. Almost 1 hour and 20 minutes later I get my order. Lukewarm at best. Fries are not good 'lukewarm'. Fish was lukewarm as well but still crunchy. If I wanted to waste my time I would call and ask for compensation, instead I'll order from somewhere else.
Sometimes Pizza Hut is the "go-to" choice simply because they are nearby and fast versus their pizza being the most flavorful. However, something seems to have changed at the Pizza Hut on Cottage Grove Road because the pizzas of late have been of a higher quality. The thin crust has been nice and crispy, the ingredients are consistently applied throughout the pizza for a consistent taste, and the staff seems to be even more welcoming and efficient than I remember in the past. This particular Pizza Hut has moved into the "go-to" category whenever I want a pizza both in terms of being flavorful as well as convenient.
