Sometimes Pizza Hut is the "go-to" choice simply because they are nearby and fast versus their pizza being the most flavorful. However, something seems to have changed at the Pizza Hut on Cottage Grove Road because the pizzas of late have been of a higher quality. The thin crust has been nice and crispy, the ingredients are consistently applied throughout the pizza for a consistent taste, and the staff seems to be even more welcoming and efficient than I remember in the past....read full review
Ordered pizza for pick up. Ended up FREE because a worker didn't show up to make my order on time. Came back 10 minutes later and they handed me a FREE PIZZA and ALSO added a credit to my account. That's service in this world of worker no shows! Will definitely be back.?

I ordered online at 7:32. Almost 1 hour and 20 minutes later I get my order. Lukewarm at best. Fries are not good 'lukewarm'. Fish was lukewarm as well but still crunchy. If I wanted to waste my time I would call and ask for compensation, instead I'll order from somewhere else.
