Fantastic Starbucks location. It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of Capitol Square and is attached to the adjacent hotel lounge area.The location is very spacious with plenty of seating and a large window. The store is very clean and the staff are excellent.I ordered a Paradise Drink but they ran out of pineapple bits. They asked if I would like dragon fruit or strawberries in it. It was so kind of them to still give me some dried fruit with the drink.The dragon fruit was scrumptious when paired with the pineapple and oatmilk mixture.

I stayed in Madison long-term at the attached hotel, and me & my dog would go into this Starbucks almost every day! The staff was amazing -- especially Quinn & Austin!! They always had a pup cup waiting for my dog. It was so sweet & made our stay so enjoyable :)

Best Starbucks in Madison - why? The staff is so personable, and kind, and efficient despite the business of the spot. My orders are always correct and quickly delivered.The only negative here is the demanding teenage twerps who are hotel guests that take over the space and demand services beyond what a coffee barista should give. Get off your mamma's teet and get a job!Oh, and tip your baristas!

Generally I have a pleasant experience every time I stop here for coffee. However, this morning I encountered a rude employee who utterly ruined my day with his attitude and disrespectful comments. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Starbucks and I hope this employee learns to treat people with kindness and respect.
