the biscuits are always hard on the outside and dry! the sausage patties are overcooked, making them too dark and dry. They aren't fresh; they've been sitting. Hashbrown patty was refried. very oily and too dark indicating refrying. I tried going at different times in the morning and different days of the week, and the results are the same. Terrible food!

I was just in the drive through. I pulled up at 10.32. Finally got to the speaker to order at 10.54. The girl told me to wait. At 10.57 I said hello and the girl said just a minute. She was taking one order then making everyone wait some more. When I said what time I pulled up and had been waiting, she said to me if I wanted to, I could get an application for a job. She never once apologized for the long wait but proceeded to tell me they had staffing problems and were busy inside...read full review
