“The app is a little annoying. I added Alfredo sauce in place of the red stuff and it charges an extra $1, yet the app doesn't warn you that is what is happening behind the scene. So I called the store and the really nice person working there explained the few questions I asked and there was nothing she could do, but they really need to do something with their app to warn if they are charging more. Coupons when using, says 2 toppings but if you order 2 meats, they charge you more. I don't understand why one topping costs more than another when if you put $2 worth of something on a pizza and the actual cost is $10 a pound you will use a heck of a lot less then something that is $2 a pound. So it washes out in the end. $4.60 for one topping on a pizza that is a bit much when you go over the two toppings.“
“I like the fact the staff is friendly the only thing though is that I have to wait awhile for the staff to appear and sometimes it's a very long wait on my food and I do love the food here so that's why I give this a 4 star because there is just one thing that needs otherwise its a good place“
“I was really hungry today and I know they have a $6 lunch deal where you can get a deep dish pepperoni pizza and a soda. I ordered through the app and the app isn't great. It doesn't let you customize or ask for any special requests. It doesn't even tell you the full list of sodas. So I called the store and I asked them to make my pizza well done. They answered immediately and said no problem. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door saying drive through only inside closed. I went through the drive-thru and I picked up my order. I asked if they had any other soda options besides Pepsi because I wanted a root beer. The gentleman informed me that the app doesn't list all the sodas for some strange reasons and they do have a larger variety of sodas in the store. I asked for root beer and I got Mug Root Beer. Customer service was great. My pizza was hot and ready. And it was well done like I asked.“
“I was visiting from Minneapolis and ordered pizza for a small get together with family. My order was done correctly and was hot when I got there to pick it up. Staff was friendly. It was clean inside, including the restroom. Would highly recommend this location.“
