The food is good but the last time I bought there I wasn't happy at all. The burgers were on the cool side , and when you pay $31 for four whoppers I thought they would be made to standards.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 jr cheeseburger meals and a whopper meal. Lady taking my order said it $53, which didn't make sense because I checked on the app and it was $33. Ended up being because she rang the jr cheeseburgers as bacon cheeseburgers but when she reviewed the order she said it was just regular cheeseburgers.

Door dashed some BK around closing time , Door dashed straight jacked my gear , I called BK John the assistant manager answered the phone , Very respectful, Very polite , Asked how far I was away from BK I told him 5mins he asked me to come in and give me all missing items . Couldn’t ask for better service thank you John.

Horrible!The drive through lady (possibly Lean) was very rude! Didn't let us finish our order before hitting the next button (or whatever it is) then got mad because she had to add things to our order at the window. Will not be going here again.

Been here twice and twice my order was wrong. First time was thru drive thru and we had to turn around and go back. Second time was fine in. Second time even after they brought out order out it was the right burger but had ketchup on them. Thinking I'll start going elsewhere.

The person that owns this franchise should have it taken away from them. They refuse to ever have enough staff, usually only 1 or 2 people who do their best but my usual wait times are 7-10 mins per car in front of you. Yesterday I was the 4th car in line and I watched the McDonalds across the street put 42 cars through their drive through in the 38 mins it took me to get my order at Burger King.Please take this franchise away from this owner.
