“I would like to revise my review. I have gone multiple times now again, and my experience has been great!!They seemed to have solved most of their previous issues and I'm happy to say I like going here again!---old review---I used to love this place, but I find it hard to recommend anymore. I find their food still good, however; I see a systemic issue with their service.Todays experience is a repeating one we have had the last few times we have gone there in the last month or two.Service is disorganized with bad communication to incoming and outgoing customers on what they should be doing or following, etc. Wait staff does not introduce themselves, and we often wait 10+ minutes for chips, and sometimes longer for our order to even be taken. The food comes out sometimes up to 30+ minutes later with today's wait resulting in like warm food.“
“El Zarape, chips & salsa, and happy hour margaritas are the best. Keep the Mexican atmosphere. Wish you didn't paint the walls white. I like a purple wall, a yellow wall, etc. It's my escape to Mexico w/o leaving WI. I love this restaurant.“
“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They really take pride in the quality of the products they put out. The supreme crunch wraps have ingredients throughout the whole thing and they don’t cheap out by limiting the inside (like some locations do). The tables are always clean, and there is a sweet old guy that is always there whenever I go inside and will always say hi and takes pride in keeping the environment clean and safe.“
“I visited this restaurant as a first for business trip and I stopped by last week! I loved the atmosphere, how decorated the historic building is amazing, I loved the tall roof and the friendly staff! I ordered a large steak quesadilla with rice and beans and I can say the quesadilla is in my top 5, delicious, the steak tasted fresh and very well seasoned! I totally recommend this place, you’ll not regret! Of course I’ll be back when I’m back in the area!Parking: Easy access to parking and huge space“
