Never Ever buy anything at this store. I purchased a sandwich for my elderly client he asked for steak. I ordered cold cut. The young man called his supervisor from to ask if I could pay the difference for the sandwich and once he heard my voice ,and that I was a black person he reused to allow me to pay the difference in sandwiches. He doesn’t care about the customer at all.DONT SPEND YOuR MONEY AT HI STORE! The store don’t look very clea Either.Beware!This comment does not reflect Precious Gifts Daycare.

My friend and I stopped in around 4:30 on a Sunday, we were not greeted, just stared at awkwardly by the employee behind the counter. We ordered our sandwiches. I was checked out by a different employee who has no customer service skills. We got drinks and chips and he did not hand me any cups. I also asked for a bag, he only put my sandwich in the bag and not the chips. My friend ordered a foot long and it didn’t get cut in half. Long story short the service is sub par and the sandwiches are mid.

All I can say don’t come here if you are different and I mean skin color or you have an accent they will discriminate you and you see how everyone else will have a privilege except you for being different (rude staff)

3 times in a row, I have come here for a meatball sub and been told they are out of stock and not making more, at various times of day.This time I called ahead, confirmed in stock, showed up to the store, stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff fulfilled the online orders, and there were none more at the end of the online orders.I was told they will not have any more.Not going here any more - I'd far rather make the trip to the one in Monona Walmart than constantly waste my time in line for nothing here.Understaffed and overworked.

Sandwich's look terrible, dressing is everywhere around the sandwich but inside. We ordered for 7 people and none were labeled. This has happened 3 times now. Manager wouldn't let me finish my sentence because she had an excuse ready to give to me. Will be spending 75 plus dollars elsewhere.

I ordered a 6" black forest ham with provolone, tomato, lettuce, pickles. I got ham lettuce, tomato, onion and green peppers. Very disappointed.

Garbage experience ordering online and picking up on time. Kid was rude and seemed to be visibly upset and frustrated. Maybe if the managers didn’t leave the high school kids alone. Apparently they leave early for the day and leave them unsupervised. Clearly they can not handle the stress and start acting rude and fall way behind creating a terrible experience for all. Until this subways gets better management please stay away.

Stopped by 2 pm on a Saturday open sign lit. Door was locked and no one there

Stopped in on Saturday, November 5th around 3 and there were no other customers in the store. Worker #1 was refilling the cup dispenser and worker #2 was behind a computer screen behind the kitchen - neither said anything to me when I walked in. After about a minute while I was looking at the menu and not seeing my favorite - the Italian BMT sub - listed, #2 asked #1 to wait on me because he was too busy. #2 replied he was too busy with the cups. I actually joked that I would fix a sub myself if they'd let me. I continued to try to find my sub on the menu while #1 and #2 kept arguing with each other about waiting on me. Their complete lack of concern about actually providing even the most minimal customer service was appalling and I immediately left the store. I've had bad customer service before but never refusal to at least try. I will never visit this Subway again and may not visit any others after such a disappointing experience.

Food was fine, employees need some training on customer service** and should probably study the menu a little more.**No greeting when customers entered the store, rolled eyes at an elderly customer who was obviously having a hard time hearing, speed of service was subpar, no please or thank yous from employees, just overall poor service.
