Drive through food cold. Had to go back with food items to return and wait in line again. Staff doing servicing goofy around and serving cold food. Second wasn't any better. Unhappy customer.
I came with a pick-up mobile order and arrived around 1:20 at the drive thru. I didn't leave until 2:15pm. When they finally dropped off my food around 1:05pm, I couldn't find the chicken nuggets. I told the girl who handed me my food and she said she would go check. I sat for an additional 10 minutes before I just got out my car and went inside.The manager told me that the nuggets were underneath the burgers. They weren't. Food, service, and wait times are all hit or miss. I will say they have been getting better with all 3 lately. Highly recommend ordering from the app. If there's no line pick up from the window, if there is a long line pick up inside or curbside. You'll thank me later!
