“We love Amber. The service is always awesome and the food is amazing. We're regular enough that we are recognized now by the staff ?Favorites are the shami kebab, any type of naan, shahi korma (spicy), lamb spinach, and lamb biryani. We keep wanting to try different things but those dishes are so good I always want to order them! We enjoy dining in; the service is super fast. We always have so many leftovers it's enough for several more meals.Amber is a regular stop for us and will continue to be a place we go back to again and again. “Wowwwww.I'm in Madison for a business trip and didn't have a clue what I was going to do for food, since I'm vegan and prefer gluten free options. I've already resigned to my fate when traveling with a crew of carnivores (zero shade, just dietary differences), so imagine my surprise when my colleagues said they know a place with good food and they brought me HERE!!!I looked up at the menu and thought I went to heaven. Soooo many options, for the first time on the trip I actually had to think what I WANT to have rather than what I CAN have.And then the food arrived and it DELIVERED.The tofu chilli buff (I think that's what it was called?) was spectacular, and really nailed the spice balance.Our entire crew was well fed and enjoyed the place very much.I look forward to going back again. “I love this place! My friends and I go here all the time. It's a great place for a casual hangout or even a birthday dinner! I normally get the rice noodles with bone-in beef or bone-in pork, and it is always delicious. You get so much food for such a great price. The broth was so rich and savory, and the mixture of toppings in the broth paired perfectly with the meat and noodles. In addition, the food comes out so quickly and the staff are always so helpful and understanding! I highly recommend going here if you find yourself on University Avenue.“
“I have been going to miko poke for years. They just changed their menu and somethings impressed and some fell short. The new edamame hummus is tasty but the cracked serving size is doesn't get you 1/2 way through and the portions aren't that big so it was a bit of a disappointment. I would have like to have some veggies for dipping.If you are dining in be prepared to wait as your orders don't get priority so it can take longer than you think to get your food.The new sauce formulas are good. Lots of indoor seating and the restaurant is very clean.I enjoyed eating off of real plates with real silverware.The portions were big, so we needed takeout containers. “This 3.5 star small restaurant deserves at least 4.5 stars. The people are friendly and the food is amazing in flavor. I typically don't like any sort of soup that's not ramen or lo mein, but the beef haus noodle soup was packed with flavor and the beef was sooo tender! I also ordered chicken steamed dumplings and shrimp dumplings, and both were so delectable to eat. I'll admit, i came by myself, so I ordered a lot, yet I have never been happier to go home with a box full of left overs. I can't wait to eat this meal again tonight and in the future! 110% will come here again and bring friends!“
