I went here and ordered ice cream. I started eating it and I found a DEAD BUG in my ice cream. I will never eat ice cream here again and I don't think that you should go here unless you want dead bug ice cream.

I was hoping the bad reviews were just a fluke but my hopes were destroyed after coming here. Yes, it smells very strongly of cleaning product, not something I want to be smelling while eating ice cream. Second, the ice cream is very overpriced. $15 for 2 cups of ice cream that did not impress me and my girlfriend at all left me feeling a bit ripped off for the rest of the day. Also, they wouldn’t accept my gift card and the worker was not helpful or nice about it.I will never go to Cold Stone again, nor will I recommend anyone to go there. This experience really wrecked my day.

Very unfriendly staff. I went with my service dog to enjoy ice cream, and in the middle of my stay, what appeared to be the manager posted a handwritten sign saying, “No dogs please,” which would then take off minutes after we left the place. I felt very unwelcome and mistreated. The person never asked me whether my dog was a service dog or advised me about the restriction in the place for dogs ahead of time; there were no signs before we got in. Not coming back

The owner and enployees are absolutely unsanitary. A few weeks back, I visited. As I was waiting in line, a female worker came in from outside and attempted to make my ice cream dish. I stopped her and asked if she planned on washing her hands. She went to the back and I asked her coworker to make it. I reported the incident to the owner who was no better. He wore the same gloves to make ice cream and handle money. Then had the audacity to stay they have standards. So gross!

The quality of the cakes have just declined. Ordered a birthday cake and sponge layer of the cake was very very dry. It didn't look fresh neither it tasted fresh. These cakes used to be way better and tasty earlier now its just an expensive tasteless cake. Not worth the money you pay for. Even some freezer cake from Walmart is better then this one. That's it, never ordering from them again.

Personally I will not be eating here again from experience, it was unpleasant as my first time ever going to a cold stone. The worker was very rude and also unsanitary, I’m pretty sure they are supposed to wear gloves and he wasn’t, he also couldn’t speak English very well either and his demeanor just seemed very rude, I was constantly telling him what was in my order as he almost kept forgetting. I went to pay and he didn’t tell me my total and overall just was very rude.
