I got my first chance to eat at Coopers Monday night. Sat at the bar with a friend and had great service from Kelsey B.! One thing that I don’t do is drink tap water…. and finally a nice restaurant carry’s Acqua Panna served in a wine class with a lemon!!!! Love it!! Both our steaks were cooked perfectly!! Dined in tonight at the new Cooper’s hawk. Had a pleasant experience with our food and our server, Chloe. She was the best and most amazing server we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had the gnocchi squash it was super smacking my new favorite dish and my wife had salmon which she said was perfection. Our drinks were delivered by another server, Sia she was very nice and funny. Chanell Sopha is literally the best server ever!!!! I just love her hospitality. Cooper hawks did they big one when they added her to the team. I became a member because of her, thanks you so much for all your kindness and expertise.
