Terrible experience they had so many open tables and they just force you to sit in their lobby area, hoping you'll spend money on their subpar wine. We had a reservation at 8 didn't get seated until 8:35 after being told it would a couple minute wait.

I got my first chance to eat at Coopers Monday night. Sat at the bar with a friend and had great service from Kelsey B.! One thing that I don’t do is drink tap water…. and finally a nice restaurant carry’s Acqua Panna served in a wine class with a lemon!!!! Love it!! Both our steaks were cooked perfectly!! Then to top it off, the Manager named Ross stops over and surprised us with a slice of Carrot Cake!!! My man! ?. The ambience was perfect, not too much light and not too dim. ??

Dined in tonight at the new Cooper’s hawk. Had a pleasant experience with our food and our server, Chloe. She was the best and most amazing server we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had the gnocchi squash it was super smacking my new favorite dish and my wife had salmon which she said was perfection. Our drinks were delivered by another server, Sia she was very nice and funny. Both were amazing and we will definitely be back as much as possible and definitely recommend to others !!!!! 5 STARS COOPERS HAWK MIDDLETON IT IS MOST DEFINITELY THE BEES KNEES ? also we tried the one in Milwaukee and it was ehhh. Middleton FTW

I had a great experience at Coopers Hawk today. My service was excellent. Chanell Sopha did an amazing job describing the menu and recommending wine to me and a friend. I’ve been a member of this establishment for an awhile at other locations and now I’m happy it’s closer to home with added great service.Love love love the egg rolls and Brussels btw

We’ve visited this location a few times since it’s opening and have had a great experience each time, which keeps us going back. The awesome bar staff has been knowledgeable when it comes to both food and wine menu options. So far the food has been consistently great and delivered timely. Don’t pass on dessert, you will not be disappointed. The space is clean and has a great ambiance. Kudos to Ross, the manager.

My husband and I love this place! The wine tasting room rivals many places in napa. We have met some wonderful people while wine tasting. We have not been disappointed yet with any of the entrees we have tried. And the service there is stellar. By everyone. The wine club is a great benefit also. We can't wait to go back!

Food was excellent. Took 20 minutes plus to receive our drinks. I was charged for someone else ordered, but was not going to argue, since took forever to get bill. The room smelled when we walked in.
