Hands down the worst dining experience I have had in my life. I have never sent food back before, and I did here with both the "sushi" and the Chicken Pad Thai. The sushi rice was hot, and was just a piece of sashimi sitting on the rice. No roll, no seaweed wrap, nothing. The bare minimum of effort. I cannot stress enough how bad hot rice with sashimi on it is.The Pad Thai was tofu even though I ordered chicken. They insisted it was correct. My wife's chicken tempura was cold inside. Not room temperature, but as cold as if it had came from a refrigerator.I have never in my life had such a bad experience at a restaurant. Truly, truly terrible.

Went here for a friends birthday. Waited for over 2 hours to be sat. Then waited another 30 mins at the table until we were acknowledged. The staff didn’t care about our wait time, empty drinks, taking our order, or simply greeting us in a friendly manner. Will never come back.

Wonderful service. We had to leave before our hibachi right before our hibachi was able to be started but they were kind enough to prepare it right before closing so we could pick it up later and enjoy it fresh. Delicious!

This place has singlehandedly changed the perception of the gastronomic self evaluation of caloric ingestion. I remember back in the day when all I had to eat was porrage with a side of butter and heavy cream (as a drink). Then when the tall and handsome man that I'm honored to call chef strutted over, smelling of saffron (the most expensive, illustrious herb). He then serenaded us with musical taps on a metal plate before asking if we would like any free liquor. It reminded me of my old peasant days plowing the fields of wheat and I'd come back on my horse and ride to my homestead. Reeking of dirt, filth and death. Then coming home to my loving family and only seeing one of them died to dysentery. It was a nice change to drink though with my 37 other children for a reason other than sickness. After taking a hefty sip of ye old moonshine brew (I'm so glad they aren't beheld to the alcohol prohibition thing now a days) they gave me my drink of fully pasteurized milk. I thought I was going to get it from the cow out back about 3 miles away but they just had it there. After asking what sorcery the chef did to pull this utter witchcraft he called it "science"? Or something. I then got the opportunity to catch some green tree lookin thing but I could only catch it with my mouth? What hilarity! Shenanigans this chef can pull and with joy I am happy to indulge. When he cracked eggs on the hot plate he then asked if anyone would like to try, I figure why not and get egg yolk splattered all over my face, how hydrating! My pores have never so quenched in a lifetime! Who needs running water when you have one of those things!I plan on returning and I hope our chef returns to us aswell! Thank you fugi for the bountiful harvest and divine experience!

Second time there, seated at the sushi bar after telling the staff at the door.We were ignored for 20 minutes by the wait staff, ended up leaving instead of eating their delicious sashimi/sushi.Too bad though, it was excellent the first visit. Their loss, since our lunches usually are $75+, especially if we are having one of their fancy drinks.

We went on new years eve without a reservation. Really good food and wait staff. Only one bartender for a busy night! Will return.

I took my kids here for a Christmas Eve dinner. My son met us there and he was running a little late, so they wouldn't seat us at the grill until he came. When we got seated we had to wait 25 minutes for your food/show to get started because there were only two cooks that night. The food was great the Miso soup was not that good I had better. The drinks were water down. After we got our food they were brought out to go boxes. I felt like we were rushed.

Wonderful service, great staff and phenomenal food! We had a large party for a birthday and the food all came as ordered and within minutes of the first plate being placed, everyone had their food. Great experience all around.

I came in with my family for a birthday dinner today and the customer service was terrible. We were seated and we told the hostess that we are waiting on one more person. The restaurant was NOT busy at the time. We have our drinks ordered and a couple moments later a different lady comes to our table and asks if our friend is here. We said she’s almost here and she just stared at us, rolled her eyes and left walking with an elementary school attitude and made a sigh sound. Right after she left the hostess approached our table again and said with an attitude that her eyes were watery; that we have to order for her friend and stared at the menu on the table. Very rude service! I would understand if the restaurant is busy there was only one table near us open I didn’t see no problem and WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUR DRINKS YET for these 2 problematic humans to be rushing us and to have us order for a friend. We got up and LEFT our money is being taken somewhere else with great respectful kind service! Thank you have a blessed one!
