Ordered 2 Buffalo Mac n cheese and both were bone dry. Hardly any Buffalo sauce orCheese sauce . One had chicken that was so burnt and was terrible. One had so much shredded cheese that it melted into huge chunks that was so unappetizing and inedible and I love cheese. We couldn’t finish our $30 noodles. I’m so turned off by the quality of our mac n cheese that I’m not sure I could order it again. It used to me favorite

First time I've EVER disliked my order.I've NEVER gotten bad food from a Noodles & Co. Ever.But this particular one, the noodles were rubbery, the chicken tasted weird, the sauce/cheese was not present or maybe the wrong stuff? I don't know.I've NEVER gotten bad food at a Noodles & Co. It's my go-to AND my favorite place to go for good, inexpensive food.Next time I'm in the area (and we're relocating there in the summer) I'll go somewhere else.

The mac & cheese was absolutely passing. However, I was eating, and when I picked up my fork, I noticed a long gray hair. it was gray wavy hair I think maybe in the future you guys should make your employees wear hairnets it really disrupted my eating and it made me feel nasty

Nice location and better than what I thought after reading other reviews. A bit hidden at Greenway Station. The specious Noodles location is clean and bright. Plenty of parking too. We loved the Spicy Garlic stuffed pasta and the Pesto Cavatini. The Penne Rosa was as good as ever too! We will be coming back to this location. Be sure to get the Noodles app for periodic deals only available in the app. In September (2022) every weekend get a free small pasta entree FREE when you buy a regular entree. We got the Pesto Cavatini regular entree for $7 and got the small garlic stuffed pasta free ($7.50 off). And its not that small, it was a decent potion size. The cashier was rude to a degree I have never seen, ever! I was very smiley and asked them how they were doing? They said nothing and remained stone faced! When the food arrived at our table it was wrong. We ate it anyways, we did not want to talk to the cashier. In general, Noodles is on a great decline, in my opinion. This location is the worst one I have ever experienced! I will never return! Avoid at all costs.

I have had really good experiences here at this location. Staff has been very accommodating when I have raised concerns. Staff has taken the time out to help me with the menu and gift cards. I really appreciate that. Food normally is served hot, one time it was lukewarm.

Ordered doordash from here and the driver asked me how much ice I wanted in my drinks. I was like what? Why am I paying $4 per drink plus all these fees if restaurant won't even pay a worker to fill drinks? They just gave him empty cups. I don't want my driver filling drinks I want him DRIVING and getting my food here while it's still hot.

Hey guys! It's LeBron James here, and I recently went to Milwaukee for a basketball game. After the game, I was feeling a bit hungry, so I thought, what better food to eat than some Mac and cheese! I got the regular Mac and cheese, and I must say, it was hands down some of the best Mac and cheese I have ever had! The Wisconsin cheese in it really took it to the next level. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I didn't get a discount. C'mon man! I'm the NBA All-Time Leading scorer. The least I could get is 25% off. Haha. All Jokes aside, the Mac and cheese was phenomenal, and whenever I have a game in Milwaukee again, I will be returning to this exact location.

Great place but the manager there, Chuck, is very inappropriate and weird towards his staff and the customers. He made insensitive comments towards both me and my female friends, and I hope that his position can be put under review.
