I've been going to this Poke spot on and off for 3 yrs and yesterday was the worse Hawaiian Poke Bowl I've ever had. The regular young lady was not there and I wish she had. It doesn't take much for me to stop eating out at a spot and this may have been it for the Poke Bar.

Food was inedible and I had to throw it out. The fish was stinky, obviously old. Just shocking that a raw fish restaurant considers this quality of fish to be acceptable. Very disappointing to waste my money. I won't be returning.

I like this place although it can be a bit pricy and hard to find parking. I like their eel and the fact that they have purple rice offerings.

I love food. That being said I was disappointed in this place. My rice was terrible. Overcooked and undercooked in the same dish. The veggies didn't seem fresh. The chicken wasn't good quality. It's unfortunate because it seems so simple.

My wife thought the place was super cute, the Aloha bowl and Hawaii bowl were very tasty, and the customer service was A+.

I am not one to leave bad reviews as I understand that some establishments and employees have “off” days, but my experience seems to indicate a really bad recipe that deserves a warning. I ordered the Hawaii bowl, size large, for takeout. Immediately upon opening the bowl I began picking out onions. I actually really like onions but these were giant, not finely chopped, and there were SO many. I picked and picked, then started to eat the bowl and there were an unending number of onions. The onions were made worse by an inadequate amount of other toppings or vegetables. The bowl was practically a rice and onion bowl with tuna and a light topping of anything else. The bowl was not worth finishing and was not at all enjoyable.Afterwards, we spoke with the employee who made the bowl and though he was apologetic and kind, he stated he was simply following the recipe. Apparently the large Hawaii bowl calls for three scoops of barely chopped raw purple onion. I’m not sure how big that scoop was, maybe a 1/4 cup (?!) but it made for a truly disappointing meal and experience. I hope this particular recipe can be adapted for the future.

Ordered the Hawaiian bowl and there was basically nothing to it, no sauces except for maybe soy sauce. Lacking in flavor compared to Miko Poke, and much more

The food was ok. The person who took the order has a serious RBF. Was rude and full of attitude. I told her that I was new and wasn’t sure how to order the food. And every single time I asked a question, she wasn’t shy at all to show her very annoyed face. When I got done ordering, she asked if I want any drinks. I said no and she wasn’t happy with the answer and turned the screen pretty aggressively for me to put in the tip. I did give her 15% hoping that she would treat me a little bit better. But no… I told her to just make it to go instead because I wouldn’t eat in there. Nicely decorated place but the vibes and mood are ruined because of this lady. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE.My friend who went with me usually doesn’t care or notice stuff like this much but he said her attitude was horrible and he barely got any protein in his bowl as well. The person worked on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 2 PM

I have been to Poke restaurants all across the United States... including Hawaii. When I walked into this restaurant I felt rushed and was talked down too. I was I little slow, mainly because I was perusing the menu and I had been driving for 6hrs. The man behind the counter was very pushy and arrogant. He made me feel very uncomfortable and completely rushed. The poke itself was ok. The rice was cooked correctly and the fish was fresh as it gets in Wisconsin. Had I been given the chance I might have picked a bowl that I enjoyed. He put onions on mine that completely took over the fish. If you choose to be in the restaurant business try not to judge your customers. I may not look the part, but I have been to many high end restaurants and have a very extensive knowledge of many different foods and restaurant experiences. I would have appreciated a little patience especially because there was no one in line behind me.

Ordered the build your bowl. It was a huge bowl, for ordering a regular. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed having octopus as a meat/entree option. A great place for a healthy meal, authentic poke meal, or overall good food. Highly recommend.

This was a great stop for a quick fresh dinner. Everything was crisp and fresh and well seasoned. The service was great and food came out quickly and as ordered. The restaurant was very clean. This is a very easy to find location using Google Maps. There are plenty of locations for convenient parking. The food was tasy and portion sized for any appetite.

Love the poke bowls! Friendly service. Do give yourself some time to order as it can be quite busy during the lunch hour.
