Love the fish at this place however not sure what happened yesterday 3/27. I ordered the baked fish with fries. By the time i got home the fries were cold not warm but cold and the fish was just not good even after pouring melted butter on it. Not sure what happened whereas ive never had a bad meal in the years ive been coming for the fish.
Been going here for years, even before they switched managment. Just a hole in the wall kinda place but the food is great and so is the service. Very outdated but I guess that what gives it character (at least the carpeting on the walls is finally gone).

Got the fish fry to go tonight, top notch! I got the battered walleye and my wife got the battered cod. I was amazed at how crispy the batter stayed, even after the car ride home. Will definitely be back to dine in and stay for an old fashioned!
