Seriously…why not do something intelligent like pack silverware with a to go order….what a joke. Yet it’s the people who can’t walk and chew bubble gum simultaneously that want higher minimum wages. Here’s some advice: figure out a way to be useful.

I love Poke. Super fresh, healthy meal and a welcomed change from your typical salad. I always opt for a base of mixed greens as I did today with the Spicy Tuna, a customer favorite. The service was great too.

Over 20min wait from ordering as a walk-in. Not the staff’s fault as they’re obviously understaffed. Just employ another person! Left then realised the sauces had been left out. Go to Aloha down the road.

Food is decent but it is very overpriced for a bowl. Service is also horrible here. You can place an online order 2 hours a head of time for 15 minutes prior to your actual pick up time and not have your food ready. If you decide to order in the store it takes 15-30 minutes to get your food. I would say the place is also severely understaffed with one cashier and one person making the food. This has been accurate for the three visits I've had at this location *only*.
FreshFin is a great place to go for a quick take out order. They do have a couple tables at this location, but I would recommend getting carry out since it's a pretty small space. There are tons of options for what to get in your bowl, and they're all super tasty and on the healthier side of things. It's definitely my go to place to grab a quick dinner after Orange Theory and it's the quickest walk from tons of work out places.

If I could eat this every day, three times a day, I would eat this every day, eight times a day. A good life. I am writing this before I have eaten this bowl and all I can think as I am writing is the way bowls from Third Ward make me feel before (good) and during (good) and after (good) I eat them, the way the bowl was handed to me... how simpatico we are. Fifteen stars out of five.

This was definitely more of a legit poke bowl than the one I had at Fusion Poke a while back. I've been asking around friends after the Fusion Poke experience whether the rice is supposed to be cold in a poke bowl. Everyone who knows poke told me NO. Rice is supposed to be warm, though not hot. Fresh Fin has it going right! Just the right amount of warmness to the rice to keep the other ingredients fresh and sassy. I had the spicy tuna today cuz I was in a hurry and didn't want to fool around trying to make my own bowl, though that is usually my way to do these guys. It was a good choice. All the veggies were nicely balanced, the tuna was fresh, and the spicy sauce was on point. Not quite the Hawaii experience, but almost there. The location is downtown, so expect to pay for parking. I had an appointment in the same building, so it worked out for me. The restaurant isn't a stand alone building, but a cafeteria style location inside the building. They have seats by the window and two small tables to the side, but it's more of a pick up place than a place I'd like to sit and dine. The server was nice. She was wearing gloves and masks, though she kept the same gloves on to do everything, from arranging the drinks in the display case, accepting payment (though it's a no cash establishment), and putting the lid and placing my food in the bag... So I'm not sure she quite understood the point of wearing the gloves. It's not to keep your hands clean! Overall, I'd go back if I'm in the building again, though I'll probably go to their other location if I want to dine in.

Got the mango tango with salmon and kale, real yummy. A little on the pricey side but I got 2 meals out of the large. I will be back and I will get it with some spice ??
