Yummy if not quirky pizza spot located in kind of a food mall-ish business building. Having lived in Chicago for ten years, I know a thing or two about good pizza. And how there is no 'one best pizza'. Do you like stuffed? Deep dish? Thin? Cracker? Detroit type? If you like wood fired sour dough pizza, this is the place for you. The dough is fresh and tasty. The pizza was so good I didn't even have a chance to grab a picture. Lovely crust and a great value. If you call and they don't pick up, try again in a few minutes -- their kitchen is downstairs.

I've gotten the 414 Pizza from Brute twice now and both times did not disappoint! I have ordered it finished/cut in store as well as parbaked, and you can't go wrong either way depending on what your plan for your meal is. The food is definitely quality, and I would recommend especially if you love a chewy crust!The online ordering process is super easy, and pick up went pretty quickly.
