I had the privilege of working with Jan for a business luncheon. She is responsive, kind, and accommodating. At the event, her staff were professional, friendly, and exceeded our expectations by clearing empty plates from tables! The food was hot and delicious!! Huge compliments from our group. We will definitely hire them again!
We did two catered events in the last 30 days, one was tamales with side dishes and the other was two pasta entrees. The tamales are top notch and remind you of the best of family celebrations. Even the vegetarian option is surprising to your staunchest of omnivore friends. The elotes side dish is the best way to eat corn since being on the cob. The company I work for was having a 40th anniversary party and we chose this company to be the vendor for our food. No one was disappointed! The food was amazing and everyone who was working was friendly. Would definitely recommend this food truck for your next gathering!
