Bartender was a gem. Told him I didn't like bourbon but I heard this was a bourbon bar. I don't like bourbon, so I challenged him to make me something that I'd like. He mixed me a bourbon sangria, testing the flavor all along the way, and hands over this amazing drink. Everyone at the table took a try because I like it so much. Very fun time and thanks to the bartender with those amazing eyes who indulged me that day. You are amazing.Parking: Park at the bank after work hours. It's just across the street from the bar.

stopped in for some apps and drinks and ordered beers that we didn't enjoy, took one sip and immediately told the bartender that we didn't want them and ordered something else. at the end of our experience, we saw that we were charged for all three beers fully without having drinking them and an auto gratuity of 18% for three people. cannot find anywhere on the website where it mentions an auto gratuity. most restaurants will comp drinks that you didn't drink or didn't enjoy. strange experience overall especially with the 18% gratuity for 3 people.

Me and my wife go here every time we visit Milwaukee. We love the food and the vibe here. If I could add a suggestion, it would be nice if there was a fax machine so that we could place our orders in advance ?

Terrible customers! Went here for a meeting. The food eats pretty good and the service from the staff is mostly great. I sat at the bar because the tables were taken and a fat guy sat next to me. He kept using his phone while wearing wired earbuds and breathing extremely heavily. He had a foul odour and and kept muttering “no child” while scowling at his phone. I caught a glimpse of his screen and he was looking at a photo of a woman’s cleavage. Then he started muttering something about stalkers. This made me very uncomfortable. In my opinion the staff should have picked up on this behaviour and moved him on from the establishment or offered me a different seat. I won’t be going back.

Izzy Hops always has a good selection of beers and the vibe is great for a casual hangout with friends on a week day or weekend night! I've done trivia here in the past, and I remember it being a great event for groups of people!
Izzy Hops is a bar with nice ambience with a full bar and plenty of tap beers. The servers are friendly. They have a nice city patio for the few months out of the year we get to enjoy such pleasures in life. This bar definitely seems like it has all age ranges, and is not full of people who are freshly drinking age. This is a nice place to grab drinks with friends or even a first date!

Burger and pizza were good, we had a larger party and we all had to order separately at the bar. The food came out so scattered that some were done eating before others started. It was fine, but not sure I'd go out of my way to return.

My favorite local bar- just a short walk around the corner for me where I can enjoy a great meal and be surrounded by friendly locals. Great welcoming feeling and great service. Maddie and Nadia are both fantastic bartenders and make coming to Izzy Hops always an enjoyable time.
