I wish one star wasn't required. I've been to other locations and never experienced this type of unprofessionalism, you can walk into the location/other locations regardless if you were a door dash or any other company. Also, the store days and hrs do not match other stores and locations. I asked the person that FINALLY picked up the phone "why do this location have different hrs and days then any other location?" Advertised BBQ KFC Fried Chicken sandwich. There were ads on TV and a large poster in the window. Yet they didn't have the sandwich available and didn't know when of even if they were going to have it. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!
