We ordered delivery. We ordered 2 rice Krispy treats and received cookies instead. I can only assume they were out of rice Krispy treats. We also ordered pad Tai noodles and substituted some veggies and the order came with no veggies at all! I give no stars for this order. Very disappointed.

Food was made wrong , even said on container correct order but inside filled with stuff that I didn’t order . Also forgot my daughter’s rice Krispy in her kids meal . The place itself is truly disgusting. If the owners see this they should consider popping in and looking at the place . Floor is filthy , finger prints and marks all over every window. Soda area is filthy . Makes me wonder what areas we can’t see look like. The only thing positive I have to say is the staff was kind .

If I could leave a zero star I would. 2/25/24 about 7pm came in and ordered a Japanese Pan Noodle with a side of Mac n Cheese and Parm Chicken. I ordered with cashier 37, who failed to tell me they were out of mushrooms and broccoli. When she brought it to my table and I said something she was like “oh we are out” and I asked for a compensation for the missing items on my dish. She rolled her eyes and had to grab her manager and he did apologize professionally but still was not making it right. The manager told me he couldn’t refund me but he would make me a new meal. I chose simple butter noodles. As he brought it to be I was upset but appreciated the try. As I tried to eat it they DOUSED my butter noodles in salt to the point I couldn’t eat my meal. This location was such a let down. The employees clearly got irritated with the complaint. Employees need some more training on the company’s motto “ We want you to love your visit. That’s why we offer you a Goodness Guarantee. It’s our promise that you meal will be fresh and made-to-order, If you don’t love it, we’ll replace it. That’s Uncommon Goodness”Very disappointing visit. And the restrooms were absolutely trashed!

THE PORTION SIZES ARE INCREDIBLY SMALL… I came here for lunch with my friend and we both barely had any food in our bowls. It was less than half full.. if you want a couple skimpy noodles and 2 pieces of dry chicken come here I guess …

They changed their meat. The “beef” is like kangaroo meat now and the door dash people never get the right order because they switch the slips up too much.

Just wanted to give feedback on my recent catering order for my 13 year old son's birthday party. I ordered everything online 6 days before the event. Paid extra for the delivery and the total cost me $273. I set up the delivery time for 1:45pm on the day of the event. At 1:50pm we still had no food and no messages saying "on our way." We called the restaurant and they said no one was on their way, "we just received the order this morning." Mind you, I had an email confirmation with the date and time of my order. They said the earliest they could deliver would be 2:30-3pm. My husband offered to pick it up so we could get it sooner, which he did. This is so unacceptable as our guests were already here and waiting for food. My husband goes to pick up the order and asked to speak with a manager. They lied and said they didn't have any drivers on the weekends and then said they use DoorDash. If you use DoorDash, how do you not have drivers on the weekend? And if you didn't use DoorDash then how do you offer delivery? They also didn't have any of the warming trays for our large pans of food and we did pay extra for these as well. Our guests had to microwave their food because of this. In the end, we ended up getting one of the pans of noodles for free, got refunded for the warming kit and TBD on the $25 delivery fee as they said that has to go through DoorDash. My son loves Noodles and that is the only reason we ordered from them again. A few years ago, same location, they didn't have the warming kits and on the day of the event, my husband had to go to a different location to get them. Small orders for delivery are never a problem, but the catering, at least at this location, is not good. Never again.

For me... There's always almost no sauce on my penne rosa. Always gotta pay for extra. And it just makes an already expensive dish, just too much for my wallet.

You would think that a restaurant based on pasta in WISCONSIN would have THE BEST MAC N CHEESE in town. Sadly I've been mistaken. First of all the amount you get for the price is not worth it to me. The advertisement picture looks creamy and delicious but what i got was piping hot bland dry azz noodles with some melted Colby jack on top. I was deeply disappointed that the best out of my meal was the rice Krispy treat and my fountain drink. ??‍? Never, ever coming back.
