I'm going to any Popeyes restaurant you just have to be prepared You're going to be in the drive-thru a minimum of 30 minutes and you also have to be prepared for the staff to have a bad attitude and to possibly not even get chicken once you get to the front of the line. The food does taste good most of the time but it's just one of those love hate relationships that you try and then you realize it's chaos and toxic and then you don't go back for a while.

Almost all Popeyes are a crazy long wait time but this one takes the cake. More often than not drive thru is always backed up and never moving, and/or lobby is always packed and also never moving. And even when it's not busy your still gonna be waiting forever. And to top it all off the employees pretend like they don't see or hear you even if you're super polite and patient, and finally they will tell you "oh yeah she's bagging it up right now" for the lady she referred to to literally bag up 6 different orders when you've already been waiting at the front counter for an hour.... They damn near force you to have to get rude or have an attitude. Constantly missing whole parts of orders, customers constantly go right back up to complain after already waiting an eternity. Employees are beyond rude, ghetto and just straight lie to your face, even the managers! ???♂️ Honestly should just shut this place down already smdh.

How do you get an order for 3 kids meals and an 8 piece meal, yet somehow manage to forget to send the majority of it and have a staff that never figured out how to answer a phone? Yeah.....my family will never order from this company again. The food quality used to be good. Now it's a waste.

Worst place ever. The times I've been there, they have got my order wrong. I would have to go back and show them evidence of what I ordered, so they could fix it. By the time I got home with my order the food is cold. I won't be ordering from them again ever.

Sl terrible it was comical. Ordered online . Went to pick it up and they said they would get 30mins later I had to ask again ,they hadn't started order yet. 45 minutes later they gave me half the order when I asked they said they hadn't dropped the other half yet. Then another 20 minute wait. All the while 7 people working. Finally got the rest of my food ehich wasnt even what I ordered. Lol Finally just took whatever and left. I didnt wanna be there another hr. Advise anyone not to go there.
