How do you get an order for 3 kids meals and an 8 piece meal, yet somehow manage to forget to send the majority of it and have a staff that never figured out how to answer a phone? Yeah.....my family will never order from this company again. The food quality used to be good. Now it's a waste.
The chicken was good. But had no sides ready and got to listen to the employees fight and argue about who should be making them. I doubt they got made.Hard to believe these places can stay open with such horrible service

Almost all Popeyes are a crazy long wait time but this one takes the cake. More often than not drive thru is always backed up and never moving, and/or lobby is always packed and also never moving. And even when it's not busy your still gonna be waiting forever.
