All I can say is W O W ! The bagel sandwiches are so fantastic my tastebuds are still salivating. I had the rosemary sea salt bagel naked lox sandwich with chive and cheese cream cheese. Yup, it tasted as good as it sounds and the portions were huge. I even got a sticker for my water bottle from Rubys!

By far the best bagels in Milwaukee and 10x as fast as the place that more people know about.

I was excited to try these highly recommended bagels but was slightly underwhelmed. We ordered two bagels which came out warm within 5 minutes. I was surprised to see a poppy seed bagel when I asked for my sandwich on a plain bagel. I convinced myself to keep it and thought it was a possibly their standard bagel choice for the Bacon Egg and Cheese. When I arrived at home, my simple bagel was also on a poppy seed. I was upset but the bagel itself was good, the bacon was a tab but too thick and the bagel was the perfect amount of messy. Overall a decent breakfast stop.

Rosemary seasalt bagel with plain cream cheese, untoasted (apparently, wasn't asked and assumed it would be toasted).Entire tub of cream cheese, whole spice bottle of rosemary leaves, saltier than the dead sea. Basically everything in excess. Some may like that, but wasn't for me.Edit to reply to owner: I have had fresh bagels before, in Manhattan. I assumed this wasn't fresh as it *wasn't warm* and didn't have that characteristic crisp outside and soft center that precludes the need for toasting. It was soft/spongy throughout. The main reason for the 2 star review is the flavor.

Truly the best bagels in Wisconsin. They do them NY style and we've been faithful customers ever since they opened.

Nothing makes a weekend better than a trip to Ruby's! I moved to Milwaukee a few years ago and was disappointed at the lack of a good local bagel shop - until I discovered Ruby's. This has been my favorite place to grab a bagel ever since. Ruby and her staff are all so incredibly kind and make each trip wonderful. They also frequently collaborate with local artists to release some really fun merch. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Go to orders: Everything bagel with green onion and cheddar cream cheese, BEC on an everything, and the Guilty Guava (soooo good!)

Terrific bagels, whether on their own, with cream cheese, or a bacon egg and cheese!

The cold brew 8.0/10The full lox on rosemary sea salt bagel. 5.0/10This bagel truck amongst the Zocalo food truck park is a staple, a cornerstone of this gathering of cuisines. They make great bagels of sufficient size and quality ingredients. The reason I rated the full lox rosemary sea salt bagel a 5.0/10 is because there was enough cream cheese on it to spackle a dam. Each bite was overpowered with the rich creamy cold goodness of whole fat cream cheese. Perhaps I'm the rookie who should have asked them to go light on the dairy. I didn't know they would put the whole 8 oz package on the one bagel.I deconstructed the bagel about a quarter of the way through, scraping the goopy white goodness into a napkin while saving the capers, onions, and dill. It took 7 napkins. The bagel being served cold also did no favors to the texture profile. Instead of having a crispy, light crunch on the exterior complimented by the salted, squishy salmon on the interior, I had to fight the cold elastic texture of the bagel on each bite. But overall, it was very good with the reduced amount of cream cheese. I'll come back and ask for the light cream cheese version with the lox craving grips me once again.

Stopped by to see what all the hype was about. I preordered a bagel & cream cheese which was ready upon arrival and then placed an in person order. The preordered bagel was not toasted and overfilled with cream cheese, which my partner wasn't a fan of. If I recall correctly, there was no option when preordering to select if I wanted my bagel toasted...I just thought that was a given. Opps. I waited for about 10 minutes in line to order even though only 5 people were in front of me. Upon placing my order I was given a number to wait for my order to be called. Ten minutes or more passed and I had only ordered a bagel with jam, but I couldn't wait any longer as I needed to get to an event. So I asked for a refund which they promptly provided. They put out a 'sold out' bagel sign while I was there and it was about 11am and it was not very crowded. So order ahead if you'd like to try these out. The pre ordered bagel I tried was fresh and good, but the overfill of cream cheese took away from its glory. I wouldn't return on my own accord, but if I do I'd preorder a breakfast sandwich, since those looked filling and delicious. Pack your patience if you're headed here, it's definitely not a grab and go set-up.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ruby's for the Latinx Heritage Month Yelp Elite week. I ordered a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. I think the jalapeños were pickled which I absolutely LOVED. The staff was so kind and was sure to give me the full run down on coffee flavor options. My coffee had a dash of oat milk and hint of lavender syrup. I enjoyed my goodies at the food truck park that Ruby's is parked in. The setup was so cute with a variety of picnic tables. I went pretty early, and I'm so glad I did because it was so serene. What a great way to spend a Friday morning! Check out my Ruby's Bagels TikTok: tiktok.com/t/ZT8MdEY4M

I'm Ashkenazi and from Chicago, so I'm really picky about my bagels. Ruby's bagels are definitely sufficient bagels, and I would get them again. But next time, I will ask for the cream cheese on the side, because they put too much on. I had to knock off a couple stars, because the knife was obviously not cleaned in between cutting red onions and cucumbers, and all I could taste was red onion, which I cannot stand the taste of. Parking is free in the lot, if you scan the QR code to register your car.

I ordered Ruby's Bagels for breakfast for friends and family for breakfast for the morning of my wedding. Daniela was so responsive and helpful throughout the ordering process and made everything so easy! EVERYONE loved the bagels and cream cheese and kept asking where they were from!
