I was excited to try these highly recommended bagels but was slightly underwhelmed. We ordered two bagels which came out warm within 5 minutes. I was surprised to see a poppy seed bagel when I asked for my sandwich on a plain bagel. Nothing makes a weekend better than a trip to Ruby's! I moved to Milwaukee a few years ago and was disappointed at the lack of a good local bagel shop - until I discovered Ruby's. This has been my favorite place to grab a bagel ever since. Ruby and her staff are all so incredibly kind and make each trip wonderful. All I can say is W O W ! The bagel sandwiches are so fantastic my tastebuds are still salivating. I had the rosemary sea salt bagel naked lox sandwich with chive and cheese cream cheese. Yup, it tasted as good as it sounds and the portions were huge. I even got a sticker for my water bottle from Rubys!
