We are HUGE Birria fans and went there shortly before they closed and sadly they were out of the Birria Egg rolls, but we are going to try again tomorrow because the food was unbelievable! My wife said, and I quote, "This is the meal I've been waiting for!" The flavors, smells and textures are outstanding! Every bite was an out of body experience. Three of us shared the taco platter, the eggrolls, and a fry burrito. Topped it off with churros. The atmosphere is located inside such a historical treasure - the original Pabst brewery employee taproom from the late 1800s, where Central Waters has their Brewhaus. I just had the salmon entree and it’s to die for! The acidity of the tomatoes pairs very well with the fish and asparagus. I love that they don’t sit back on their laurels like the last tenant did.
