“I purchased a Muskego Warriors Football discount card last Fall and Pop’s Pub is one of the restaurants listed so we thought we’d stop in and give them a try for lunch.Best decision ever!!! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!We were unaware that they do smoked meats- but as soon as you park your vehicle you can smell it- wonderful discovery!Don’t let the slightly run down front exterior detour you!! Inside is friendly and inviting and the staff is super welcoming. Out back is an entire outside area that we can’t wait to utilize in Spring ASAP.We got the 3:3 smoked meats. Brisket, pulled pork, bourbon chicken, baked beans, Mac and cheese, potato’s. All absolutely delicious!! Smoke was just right and the Texas BBQ sauce which is slightly sweet and the KC sauce which has a very slight kick were both super fantastic! Pickles were sweet dill an excellent complement to the smoked meats. Cannot wait to return!!!If you haven’t been- go now!!!“
“My husband was told about this place from his boss. We decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did. The food was amazing. Went on a Friday and it was packed but got a table right away. The only negative thing I have is, the clam chowder soup could use smaller potatoes and more clams. Other than that the soup is a 5 out of 5 for flavor. The shrimp dinner I got had HUGE breaded shrimp. My husband got the breaded cod, very good. And let's talk about the coleslaw. I haven't had a decent slaw in yrs and this is sooooo good, if you like it creamy. We highly recommend this place. And we will definitely go back.....“

“I can barely find the words to express how much I appreciate this store. Deal with the manager there because of a mix up in the app. I got a notification from my bank that it charged me but the app said the order could be processed. I called Mike and sent him the screen shots and emails for clarification and he offered to make it for me even though he had not received the order. I then get a notification saying a refund was processed so I called him back to pay, and he STILL gave it to me free. Superb customer service. 10/10. Highly recommend. I’ll be back just cause of him.“
“This was a perfect place to meet a friend for lunch. Our food arrived hot and our server was gracious and pleasant. We felt no need to hurry but we're able to longer and enjoy a good visit with one another. It was my first visit to The Local but it won't be my last. Be careful, though, as you may miss it because, at first glance, it looks like a house! BTW, the fries are outstanding!“
