Ridiculously over priced bakery for just average or below average baked goods!! Seriously...went in to get a couple of mini Easter cookies in a small bag...and they charged $27.00!! You can buy ALL the supplies and bake them yourself for that. Last time we ate there they asked us if we wanted waters...of course..I always drink water when I go out to eat...charged us for those too. It's just really over-priced and over rated for just average or below average food, service and bakery...save your time and money and go any place else!

Very busy & noisy there today. Waitress forgot to refill coffee & didn't bring us salt & pepper when asked. Food was good tho. My friends & I always look forward to coming here. Our favorite foods are: chicken pot pie, or grilled cheese sandwich & soup! We always have to shop upstairs after lunch!

Very clean and also seems very well run. Staff seemed friendly and professional. We had about 8 people for breakfast and I don't remember any complaints.

Quaint farmhouse restaurant. Delicious bakery and wonderful food. Coffee drinks are scrumptious. Staff is amazing.

This place has really gotten busy since I was there a couple years ago. We were there on a Tuesday. Three of us had brunch together. I had soup and salad with a grilled cheese sandwich. It was pretty good, but I was not in love with the texture of the tomato bisque - like crushed tomato. Not what I'm accustomed to. I did like the fact that I could choose a couple different cheeses to go on my grilled cheese. That was nice. I had a lovely Earl Grey tea. Our waitress was very attentive. We took our desserts to go. I had the lemon bar, and it was delicious.

Husband brought home a truffle and cake for Valentine’s Day. He also had a gingerbread latte. The cake was delicious!!

Mixed feelings. The atmosphere is very cute, the exterior is lovely with lots of visting birds. However, our waitress today was passive aggressive when we asked about the ordering process. There are two terminals and it isn't very clear on what to do, especially if you're just ordering coffee. It was our first time visiting so we weren't sure, every shop does things differently. The iced coffee was weak and tasted like water, it was very clear in color. Not worth the $ spent. The gingerbread latte was better, I appreciated the cookies that were included.

Quality of service and food has gone downhill. Two visits in the past year, and both times we had disinterested servers and ho-hum food for pretty high prices. The kicker was when I asked for water (not brought with the meal), and we got bottled water and charged $2/bottle. The server should have made it clear that water was not free, and only bottled water was available. Or if "free" water was available, we were not given that choice. We're looking elsewhere for breakfast.

Always a wonderful experience here. Came for lunch, had the fish fry and was blown away. Probably my favorite fish fry anywhere. Fish was perfect, batter was light and crispy. Same goes for the shrimp and fish combo. The pre lunch bloody was top notch. Just the right balance of everything. Service was outstanding. If you've never been here before, the place is like a rabbit warren, but the staff are always friendly and attentive and will find you wherever you end up! Would be rude not to take some of their signature desserts home with you if you don't have room to eat any while you're there. They taste as good as they look. It's not the cheapest lunch experience you'll find, but the extra cost is reflected in the extra quality of everything here. Parking can be a bit dicey at peak times and it's a little out of the way, but this place is 100% worth the visit.

We family loved it. Good food, large portions. It was very charming. It happened to be a day when Santa, along with his elves and 3 live reindeer came to visit.

For a place called the Gingerbread House, you'd think they'd have some gingerbread other than tiny over priced cookies. I've driven by many times and was really craving some gingerbread cookies or cake or anything. Nope. Place is way too small to serve food. Disappointed.
