I ordered food on the KFC website on my computer then went out to pick up the food. We went through the drive-thru and was advised that they were unable to make my order and that I had to cancel on the website or the app. I didn't have the KFC app and since I didn't even have an account that I ordered through, I would have to cancel it when I got home. NOTE: I did NOT get ANY food. We got home ~15 minutes later as we ordered & picked up food elsewhere. I immediately went to cancel my order but was unable to do so because the order had been marked as "Completed". My spouse ended up going back to the store with my card and a picture of my order information, simply going to request for a refund. The store manager called their general manager, who immediately told the store manager to call the police. There was no de-escalation - simply a "don't give them money - call the police". My spouse was laughed at and was ridiculed for simply wanting to cancel or return the funds. This was an AWFUL experience for both of us. I ended up opening a case file but was unable to completely file for a refund. The managers at this location are power tripping thieves. I will not be coming back to this location again and will never recommend it to anyone unless there's a positive change in management.

went through the drive thru and ordered a 16 pc bucket. wanted all original recipe but could only get half and half. the original recipe chicken was fine but the extra crispy stuff was inedible. way overcooked and so dry.
