Food was great, but service was horrible. Went through drive thru and person had a mad look at me and stared at me, then didn't tell me to pull around when I voiced I have never been there before.

I ordered large cheese curds and I received the small instead. I went and talked to Adam and he was very understanding and respectful. I went back and I received the large cheese curds and a pizza burger free of charge. I am highly satisfied with how they handled my situation. I will definitely come around again for future business kudos to the Tom's drive-thru team!

food is usually good for fast food standards! but the quality of customer service over the last couple of years has dropped. many of the employees now have a disinterested, condescending attitude. such a shame, considering this location was one of our go-to places to grab a quick bite :(

Only pitfall was the limited parking. Had to park in the out lot parking past the drive through zone because of the nextdoor restaurant. With 3 small kids and traffic would go really fast through the drive through zone. Maybe have some more "toms only" parking signs.
