It so gross how you treat the new employees! you think we didn't hear you!?
Last week I ordered a kids happy meal with apple slices, plus a Go-Gurt. Yes extra for adding that item and paid for it. Get home and No Go-Gurt. Called about it and was hung up on. Decided I'd stop through Drive thru tonight. Ordered same as usual plus a 6 piece nuggets No sauce. Last time stopping at Nekoosa location. Charged me for nuggets, but did not put them in bag. Twice being charge for items that I asked for, But items not being in the bag. Very disappointed.. Someone...read full review

This McDonald's location is a favorite for many, with very nice workers. It is a typical modern McDonald's that is clean and serves good, fast food. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the management is impeccable with wonderful courteous staff. While nighttime visits may be less fresh and rushed, overall it is a good place to eat. Some customers find it disappointing that lunch items are not available earlier in the day, but the wait is worth it. The young man who waited on one customer was absolutely phenomenal, talking them into buying all the Crocs.
