Bean City Bar & Grill offers a great Friday night Fish Fry with Perch and Walleye, complemented by perfect breading. The Rye bread and coleslaw are top-notch, despite the slightly floating containers at the salad bar. The atmosphere is nice, albeit a bit loud. Recent improvements in food quality are noticeable, with a new executive chef and bar manager enhancing the overall experience. The drinks, especially the Old Fashioneds, are recommended. While there may be occasional hiccups like raw burgers or overcooked onion rings, the amazing food and talented chefs like Eddy make this restaurant a must-visit gem off the beaten path.
