“Food was good but price was a little bit higher than most places in the area for a fish fry. Our server was a little sub par. She forgot part of the drink order and also silverware not sure if it was just a off day but at the end of the day I would still go back.“

“Met some friends here for a Saturday night dinner. None of us had ever been here before. A small, quaint, old school kind of place and we loved it immediately. Started off with a few cocktails and the owner/chef Kevin came out and chatted with us for a bit. He explained about his from scratch cooking, and the butchering he does in house. When we were ready, Kelly seated us and took care of us. Service was fantastic! Everyone loved their food - our table had the prime rib, ribeye, pork cutlet and a fish. The entrees came with a soup or salad, and a side/potato. I can say the cheesy au gratin were very yummy. It reminded us of dining in a friend's home, not a big fancy restaurant. We felt like regulars even tho it was our first time. No complaints from us. Ended the night with a grasshopper/cocktails and a lot of laughs with our friends.“

“We have been to Brandywine many times the past few years. We've taken friends there and we've always enjoyed our dinners. The last time we went we were surprised (and disappointed) to see some changes to their menu. First, they've taken the pork chop away. The menu is definitely focused on pastas and the pork chop was one of the few non-pasta dishes. But more surprising was the additional small add-ons with a cost. For example, if you want parmesan cheese on your pasta, it will cost an additional $1. Really? And if you order the focaccia (which is excellent) and you need a little more olive oil, that too will come with a small charge. Perhaps they have had bad experiences with people demanding excessive amounts of cheese or oil, but if that's the case, why not just increase the price of the entrees by a few cents to cover that cost of those who wish to have more. We will still go there, but we were just disappointed to see these changes.“

“The food was absolutely delicious! Service at the bar was slow and we weren't checked on or offered refills on drinks as I hoped - very beautiful atmosphere but very warm/sticky upstairs. For two people with an app, two drinks, two steak dinners, and two desserts with a tip was around $160+“

The only difference was egg type.One order was correct, the other not. - Not sure what happened there...My order was missing one of the two eggs, the hashbrowns were missing the recommended additons to them, and the wrong kind of toast came out.The incorrect order was acknowledged, and missing items were brought out individually, as they were prepared. I declined to have the hashbrowns remade due to time.The server was apologetic for the errors. The upcharge for the additons was removed from the bill, and I was given a cup of coffee to go. ?I'm not giving a negative review, I do recommend checking Skinny Vic's out. I feel that it is important to share the experience so future patrons know what to expect.This place has good food and great service. Due to staffing challenges, I think some kinks need to be worked out and in time... When staffing improves, this place will be even better!“

“Probably the best reuben I've ever had. The ratio of meat to kraut and bread was perfect. The chicken and dumpling soup was also fantastic.Staff was super nice. Very welcoming and attentive.I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes.“

“We had lunch there today. Cheeseburger, fries and ice cream were very good. Husband had the burger with eggs, onions and bacon and he loved it. We sat outside and the tables were very clean. As soon as someone got up the tables were wiped and underneath the table was swept. Well worth the drive.“

“Had great Fat Tuesday Specials this week. I had Cajun Pasta with Andouille Sausage and Blackened Chicken. Best I have eaten anywhere. My friends had the Shrimp Etouffee and the Jambalaya each saying their's was the best. Always great service and a good time when Scooter is behind the bar.“

“I will be honest- I had lower expectations when we walked it. The interior could use a small upgrade. But holy cow- the food was amazing and service was fantastic. “It was a warm summer night, we needed supper, and Wiesler's deck with its colorful umbrellas was calling. We were there soon after they opened at 4 p.m. so we had our choice of tables. The menu is not huge, but it didn't need to be. My husband ordered the beer cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw and I had the turkey/bacon wrap with a side of applesauce. We were both very satisfied with our food. It turned out that the friendly and attentive waitress was the owner of the bar/restaurant for the past 35 years along with her husband. They must be doing something right. Good food combined with the historic building made it a great choice for us.“

“The parking here is horrible so if you are handicap I would advise eating here early ! We got here at 545 pm on a Friday night and we couldn't find a place to park. We walked inside and checked in for our reservation. We sat at the bar and had a drink. The bartender working Friday night WAS VERY EASY ON THE EYES ! lol. After our first drink we were seated at a table right by the window. Our waitress was funny and was prompt getting us drinks. We ordered cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. Cheese curds were okay but mozzarella sticks were so good. I ordered the salmon with salsa it was okay. The ribs were fall off the bone. The seafood trio was good but a small portion size. The steak and shrimp was good I was told. We ordered cheesecake to go and that was okay. I like my cheesecake less fluffy. For four people who had two drinks each bill was $230.“

Otherwise ordering online was easy.I ordered bar chips, it's house made thick potato chips. I really enjoyed the bar chips, they were good warm or cold.I ordered the spinach salad, it came with sliced mushrooms, carrots, small cherry tomatoes, croutons, diced hard boiled egg, and lots of fresh spinach. Came with grilled, seasoned, sliced chicken. Bacon salad dressing on the side. Huge, fresh, tasty, salad and salad dressing. I don't recall adding chicken to top my salad, it was a nice surprise. I also received a dinner roll and butter, it was in the salad container.I ordered a 12 piece chicken wings tossed in bbq sauce. They were tasty and meaty like the menu and reviews said.March 23, 2024I ordered through Google maps and Door Dash.I had a two piece fish fry, two big pieces of deep fried cod, slice of marbled rye bread, tartar sauce and a small cup of coleslaw. Very good.This time I ordered dessert, the turtle cheesecake, a big slice of cheesecake, drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with pecans. Very creamy and heavenly yummy.“

We decided to stop at In Between the Greens on our way home in hopes to just eat SOMETHING for our date night before going home to get kids to bed. It was a busy Friday night and our wait for a table was maybe 10 minutes. Our waitress was quick, attentive, & the sweetest women! “Jokers 5 has pretty yummy food. Like their fish fry, those are the best. They have almost every kind of fish, except for fish fillet and fish sticks, but that’s okay. It’s still pretty yummy and I love to eat fish. Unless there’s too many bones. Then that’ll be a problem. They have other yummy foods too, but mostly fish and fries. The employees are nice and helpful to us, but the wait’s can be a little long sometimes. So we just gotta sit and wait. A little loud too. Not too loud though. Other than that, it’s a decent place to eat at. Please go there sometime. Hope their business can stay opened.????Parking: It’s pretty easy to find parking, but with the snow, it gets kinda tricky. So please park your car behind the building.“

Ordering was easy and came in 30 minutes.I ordered the brew pub burger. It was a big hamburger patty well done, loaded with cheese, bacon, and pickles on a toasted bun.Came with a choice of a side, I had potato wedges with cheese sauce for dipping. “Amazing food!! Stopped in for a quick dinner, and everyone in our group loved their food. I tried the Smithy sandwich with beet and carrot potato salad. Both were great. Someone also tried their special whoch was a pork belly ramen. It was perfect!! We will definitely be back.Parking: There is parking along the street as well as a lot behind the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of seating on the main level with no steps into the restaurant. Bathroom is also on tthe main level.“
