“I recently moved to Newburg and was excited to see all of the new restaurant options to check out. My first experience was take out of Cork N Barrel (which is walking distance from my house!)I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Wrap,the Black n Blue Burger, the Barrel Burger,and the Jumbo Patty Melt with a side of Mac n cheese instead of fries.I was a little confused where to go to pick up my food, but was quickly pointed to the kitchen area up the steps.(When you walk in it just looks like a bar). Parking on the street was easy to find.The macaroni and cheese was delicious!! I will definitely be getting that again. The barrel burger and the jumbo petty melt were amazing!! I think the patty malt was my favorite thing so far. The black and blue burger was pretty good except it was a little disappointed how simple it was. But everything was cooked to perfection!!Next time I might try eating there instead of take out because it looks like a great atmosphere.Highly recommend!”

“Small yet upscale hole in the wall. Delicious cocktail bar; my jaw dropped when I saw the amazing prices as well! Glad to have this gem added to newburg! I have yet to try the food truck outside, we will be back!”

“Definitely not a brewery but definitely worth a stop! Why? Cuz it is small town America, it was packed, beer is cheap, they had a meat raffle and good old rough and tumble bearded Americans were happy and singin' Neil Diamond at the top of their lungs. My kind of place!Can't wait until our next WI wander brings us back.”

“Typical neighborhood bar in Newburg Wi. Excellent drinks, food and service. My husband had the all you can eat fish fry with crispy french fries and I had the fried Lake Perch with german potato salad, both meals were delicious!Our bartender Donna, made the experience nicer with her friendly smile and attitude. “Met some friends here for a Saturday night dinner. None of us had ever been here before. A small, quaint, old school kind of place and we loved it immediately. Started off with a few cocktails and the owner/chef Kevin came out and chatted with us for a bit. He explained about his from scratch cooking, and the butchering he does in house. When we were ready, Kelly seated us and took care of us. Service was fantastic! Everyone loved their food - our table had the prime rib, ribeye, pork cutlet and a fish. The entrees came with a soup or salad, and a side/potato. I can say the cheesy au gratin were very yummy. It reminded us of dining in a friend's home, not a big fancy restaurant. We felt like regulars even tho it was our first time. No complaints from us. Ended the night with a grasshopper/cocktails and a lot of laughs with our friends.”

“Wow, discovered this neat brewery on our trip from West Virginia to Wisconsin. The atmosphere was great, industrial style, the beer was even better. Usually when we search out breweries they'll have one or two good beers, but this one had quite a few that were really good. The IPAs are especially good. The bartender, Rick was very knowledgeable and willing to tell us about each beer. We will be back.”

“We love walking to the bakery on a Saturday morning for ham and cheese croissants, pepitos, or morning buns. Everything is flaky perfection! Don't leave Cedarburg without experiencing Boulangerie du Monde!”

“Some of the best pizza I've ever had. We don't live in town, and sometimes we make the 15-mile drive just to eat here. The food is very reasonably priced, and there is always a wide variety of slices ready to be served up for a quick meal. Ashley was awesome behind the counter during our visit today, but then again, that's always what we get when we eat here.”

“I ordered carry out. The egg rolls are so delicious matched by the bamboo bistro stir fry. Fresh and delicious. The fried rice with chicken is very good but busy eating the stir fry!”

“My wife and I went to this restaurant this evening for the first time. Our experience was fabulous! The Wedding Soup was divine. The lasagna was absolutely scrumptious. The Tiramisu was the best ever. Carrie, our waitress, was friendly, polite and very professional. Carmelo, the owner, asked us about our experience, and we told him that everything was just wonderful. Carmelo informed us that his wife made the Tiramisu and that his son made the lasagna. Everything was homemade and delicious. We will definitely visit this restaurant again soon. Very highly recommended Italian Restaurant!!!”

“Had dinner here on a Thursday night and we were surprised is was Tochi night! Had the pork ramen and was fantastic. Also loving the drink menu. Clever names ?”

“Loved it! Went with girlfriends on a weeknight and shared several plates, all of them fantastic! I knew I'd need to bring more people here after that. It's an intimate place with plenty of room, cozy feel and welcoming staff. All of drinks were well made as well, even ones off the main menu. Great for a date night, or girls night, or there was even a larger party that looked like possible coworkers hanging out. I'd bring clients here, there's something for everyone and you're able to having a conversation without it being too loud or too quiet. Parking was easy and plentiful.”

“For a small restaurant the amount of food made is fantastic. I love the omelet that I request and that they make their own bread and hard rolls. Some days may take a little time to get an order, but it just makes you slow down and enjoy the other customers. I have never heard anyone complain about having to wait. Only Sandy does the cooking on a small grill, so be patient and enjoy life a little if you have to wait 5 minutes more.”

“This is such a great place to get some coffee or food. Wonderful service by volunteers. Your money goes towards local charities. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere is really neat too.”

“If you're reading this, please stop bringing your running and screaming children into a brewery. That's completely unacceptable and you look like a horrible parent. Drinking copious amounts of high ABV beer and then driving your kids home is a great idea. Why would you have a little league baseball team come here? Again, keep your kids at home. This isn't a daycare or a jungle gym. People come here to relax not hear your kids screaming otherwise we'd all go to chuck E cheese. Have your mom social group meet up at your dirty house instead. Signed- Every single adult that doesn't bring their children to bars/breweries to ruin adult free time.”

“We come here 2-3 times a year we are from Chicago burbs…. Great place great food I never had anything I didn’t love we have the Philly cheesesteak omelette and waffle… great service and everyone cares there!!! We love this place!”

“I have gone to many places, and you can say I am a foodie. I believe I can make better food at home then at restaurants. I met my match here, not only was the atmosphere small town and popular, but our service was incredible. Now let's go to the food, First you will not go hungry on serving size. Second, the food was incredible, I custom ordered and they nailed it, I can say I could not have made this better at home. I tried everyone's at the table as they did as well, nobody was disappointed.”

“My favorite coffee shop in Cedarburg! Cozy. Friendly. And allows dogs (well behaved and on leash). Labrador Truman and I make it our mandatory stop for coffee and pup cups on most weekend mornings.”

“The Chocolate Factory is fabulous. Service is fast and it's a fun family environment. It's a staple in the Cedarburg community. Subs and soups. Love the sub rolls. Ice cream tops it all off.”

“This is by far the best pizza! You must order the deep dish. Even people that typically do not like deep dish love this one! The crust tastes like my grandma's beer bread she used to make. The ingredients are fresh and they are not stingy with their toppings. I even had my friend's mom (from Italy) dine with me there and she said it was exceptionally good. She said the sausage is excellent. It's a small, cozy place. A great place to dine with friends. The bartenders are always friendly. (You order at the bar and they tell you when your order is up.) My latest visit was recently. We drove from the airport, all the way to Tomaso's in the snow to enjoy their pizza, (we even ordered a par bake to take home) then drive an hour back home.”

“I went on a Thursday night and the place was packed. The two ladies bartending were busting their ass and did a great job. The probably could have used a waitress for the side tables to help out but the service was still decent. Burgers were excellent and I recommend the garlic aoili. I will definitely be back!”
