We were excited when this pizzeria opened near us. We ordered several pizzas when family was in town, and although it was pretty expensive, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Surprising to find a gluten free deep dish, and the toppings on ‘The Lou’ were delicious. I do have to say that the crust seemed very, very yeasty. In town with the cutest of chicks for a quick visit and I start to wax poetic about 'the pizza' and how comparisons with NYC's rendition are as meaningful as pie-vs-cake... got no argument because she's a good egg and then there I was picking one up.called it in and 35 minutes later I arrived to collect dinner: medium deep dish plus a 4-cheese garlic breads.
