I ordered a Chicago style pizza and the three cheese garlic bread. I am very happy with both. I thought the prices are good for the meal. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes pizza.

We were excited when this pizzeria opened near us. We ordered several pizzas when family was in town, and although it was pretty expensive, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Surprising to find a gluten free deep dish, and the toppings on ‘The Lou’ were delicious. I do have to say that the crust seemed very, very yeasty. When we picked up the order, my husband made an impulse purchase of a salad he saw in the display cooler, which is unusual for him lol, and it turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the meal, really good vinaigrette.After downloading the app and signing up for email, we have gotten pretty good offers and discounts too.Update: just had to add that when I recently placed an online order for a gf ‘The Lou’ pizza with no cheese, an employee actually called me to let me know that there is some cheese in the Spinach Mix used on that pizza, which I was fine with, but I appreciated that they took allergens and dietary sensitivities that seriously, very impressive, and great customer service!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust offered, thin crust and deep dish, and very customizable online ordering allows you to skip cheese if you want it dairy free. Salads are all gf too, if you request no croutons. Staff has impressive level of awareness of allergies and dietary sensitivities.

Don't ever do delivery with The Lou pizza-- too much sliced tomato topping the pizza is soupy on top-- add in DoorDash Mario who didn't care how the box was handled and you get this mess below-- surprisingly this branch opened Summer2022?!? and this still happens?

never ever go again pre ordered pizza to pick up at 6 pm. got call 5:45 saying come 6:30 instead they had a dough issue. so drive all the way there at 6:30. store packed with people waiting and were then told our pizza had just been put in oven. ridiculous poor service was going to be first time trying but will not go back. would like to give 0 stars

In town with the cutest of chicks for a quick visit and I start to wax poetic about 'the pizza' and how comparisons with NYC's rendition are as meaningful as pie-vs-cake... got no argument because she's a good egg and then there I was picking one up.called it in and 35 minutes later I arrived to collect dinner: medium deep dish plus a 4-cheese garlic breads. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the bread came w/ marinara for dunking :-) and we are in complete agreement that the red sauce is fabulous and adding a couple meatballs and maybe a hunk of sausage would have made it a meal.... medium sausage and pepperoni came in at about ten and a half pounds and could have fed a small army (or at least it seemed like that) but it really truly was delicious! a generous and artful pile of cheeses and meats and sauce and just a little more cheese nestled in a warm circle of Lou's signature pie dough. way too much deliciousness for the two of us so I ended up with enough pizza for a couple of lunches - a good problem to have.the property is a pick-up and the only seating available is your car so the best option is to call ahead and then swing by in a half hour or so. soda, salad, ices, and frozen pizza in coolers to the left; friendly efficient attendant on the right to execute the money for food exchange and possibly engage in small talk (or not.) the process was smooth and painless in clean and well kept surroundings. what's not to like?

Absolutely delicious! We ordered a deep dish pizza for lunch prior to flying home. We also bought a frozen deep dish to take home with us. It was still frozen when we arrived home 3 hrs later. Great service, great pizza and convenient location to the airport. Note, the place is takeout only.
