All of the Green Bay locations switched to only using the fountain for their root beer. It's night and day different in taste. The food was great and the staff was super friendly and courteous. I will be back here next time I'm in town.”

“Great people, Nice tavern. Always our #1 stop on our way to the hunting grounds in Florence county, wi the Friday of opening gun deer hunt season. They would put on a nice spread of “free help yourself” food. Brats, burgers, Wieners, beans, sour kraut, chips, sloppy joes, hot Turkey gravy sandwiches.... it became a family tradition to stop there every year.”

“Today, I took a drive to the Wooden Shoe Bar & ,Grill at 100 West Main Street, Lena, Wisconsin. It was a nice drive to get there. I was very surprised to see the menu and the July specials menu. I ordered the red, white and blueberry bacon burger. It was cooked medium rare and with all the ingredients the burger ended up being delicious. I credit whomever created this burger. One of the better burgers I have had here so far in Wisconsin
