I had an issue with my last visit to Pappa Murphy. The manager Tim seemed very interested in making the situation right. He did half way do what he said. I tried letting him know I did not receive the email he promised I would get and really did not seem concerned that I did not receive it. But I guess in this world today half way fixing something might be all we can count on.
Absolutely the best local pizza option in terms of flavor and value. We're always impressed with the quality of the product, timeliness of our order and friendliness of the staff.
