This is my favorite Culver's of them all. They have always been courteous and professional. I have been very happy with the speed of their service, hardly ever having to wait more than a couple of minutes. Recently, I got regular chicken strips instead of the Buffalo I ordered. The cook had already noticed his mistake by the time I went back in, so they were ready about thirty seconds later. That's impressive!
Food was as expected for Culver's. Service was below average for Culver's. Several very young employees visiting with and horsing around with what appeared to be friends in the dining area. Not receiving our hot beverages at the counter but told, it'll come with your meal?, which it hasn't on 3 separate visits to this location. I now take the trip to Culver's in Mcfarland or Stoughton.Parking: Pretty sure the parking lot wasn't given attention during the planning stages.
